About the Role
We are seeking a Revenue Growth Manager to lead our dedicated Revenue Growth Team, focusing on the high-growth upsell of Dynamic Revenue Plus (DR+) to our existing global customer base. This role requires extensive hotel revenue management experience and the ability to lead a high-performance sales organization within a leading SaaS technology company.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead, inspire, and coach a team of Revenue Growth Consultants responsible for the full sales cycle of the DR+ upsell motion
- →Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular measurement, coaching, and accountability sessions to ensure the team meets or exceeds revenue targets
- →Own the regional sales pipeline for DR+, conduct detailed pipeline reviews, and deliver accurate sales forecasts
- →Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to refine the Go-to-Market strategy for DR+
- →Utilize the Sales Activity & Performance Dashboard to review team metrics and implement targeted coaching programs
- →Serve as the internal voice of the DR+ sales motion, building and reporting on key metrics to drive continuous process improvement
Requirements
- ✓Extensive, operational, and hands-on experience as a Hotel Revenue Manager or Director of Revenue Management
- ✓Proven experience managing and leading a commercial team with a track record of achieving commercial goals
- ✓Strong motivation to transition domain expertise into a sales leadership career
- ✓Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and coach diverse, high-performing teams
- ✓Solid understanding of the sales cycle for a B2B environment, specifically related to upsells or add-ons
- ✓Proven experience working with a CRM system (preferably Salesforce)
- ✓Fluency in English (C2 Level)
