About the Role
We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our Customer Experience and Retail Sales team at SIXT. This role focuses on developing predictive models and generating actionable insights to influence strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and implement advanced machine learning models to predict churn probabilities, customer satisfaction, and customer lifetime value
- →Identify underlying causes behind customer issues using complex pattern analysis
- →Translate complex data analyses into compelling storyboards and decision frameworks for top management
- →Leverage cutting-edge AI development tools to make analysis pipelines and Python scripts more efficient
- →Work directly with business units to translate analyses into real business actions
Requirements
- ✓Degree in (Business) Informatics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or comparable field with a strong focus on analytics
- ✓Expertise in Python and proficiency with data science libraries (Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost)
- ✓Senior-level SQL skills for complex data modeling
- ✓Solid experience applying statistical methods and machine learning algorithms to real business cases
- ✓Experience with AI-powered coding editors like Cursor
- ✓Ability to present complex technical matters to stakeholders
