About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Dressly, a business transforming the fashion industry through AI technologies and personalized approach. This role focuses on managing advertising campaigns and developing marketing strategies for our product.
Key Responsibilities
- βLaunch, monitor and optimize advertising campaigns in Meta Ads/TikTok Ads
- βMonitor and analyze key marketing metrics: CPI, CAC, CTR, CR, ROAS, ROMI, LTV
- βTest different funnels and strategies
- βWork closely with the creative team: generating ideas, setting tasks, analyzing results and providing feedback
- βResearch competitors and the market for lifestyle/AI-based mobile & web products
- βScale campaigns on Tier-1 markets (USA, Canada, Australia, Western Europe)
Requirements
- βAt least 1 year of experience in performance marketing/user acquisition
- βPractical experience with Meta Ads/TikTok Ads and/or other paid UA channels
- βDeep understanding of key performance marketing metrics (CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS, Hook rate)
- βAbility to work with analytical tools: Appsflyer, Google Analytics, Tableau/Looker/Power BI or equivalents
- βDeveloped analytical skills and structured thinking
- βEnglish β Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
- βWillingness to work in a fast-paced environment, experiment and take initiative
