About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join Howly, a Ukrainian multi-product company in venture builder SKELAR. This role focuses on leading the company's reputation management on international markets, developing comprehensive strategies, and building a reputation department from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop and implement a comprehensive brand reputation strategy (ORM/SERM)
→Build a reputation department from scratch or transform existing processes
→Manage a team, hire specialists, and provide mentorship
→Develop protocols for responding to reputation risks and manage crisis situations
→Track global communication trends and implement innovative approaches
→Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and CS departments
→Define key metrics (KPI) for reputation effectiveness and present results regularly

Requirements

✓Experience in PR, communications, or marketing in leadership positions
✓Ability to see the big picture, analyze the information field, and make data-driven decisions
✓Content management skills: creating clear briefs, checking texts, controlling communication style
✓English language at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher
