About the Role
We are looking for a Solution Architect to join our team at smallest.ai. This role focuses on translating customer needs into scalable AI solutions, designing conversational journeys, and ensuring successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead discovery and solution scoping sessions with Indian enterprise clients.
- →Design conversational flows and align internal/external stakeholders on approach.
- →Create lightweight documentation (flows, assumptions, timelines) and secure approvals.
- →Guide data and integration strategy; identify reusable patterns for scale.
- →Partner with Delivery and Implementation Engineers on acceptance criteria and change management.
- →Provide feedback to Product/Engineering teams based on customer needs.
Requirements
- ✓Enjoy working directly with customers, iterating on solutions, and providing tailored support.
- ✓Passion for AI, emerging tech, and voice-first products.
- ✓Proficiency in Python with strong debugging and integration skills.
- ✓Understanding of common integration patterns (APIs, middleware, enterprise SaaS systems).
- ✓Experience working with enterprise clients in BFSI, Fintech, or Financial Services.
- ✓Strong empathy for customers, sales, and product teams.
- ✓Excellent personal presentation, communication, and client-servicing skills.
