About the Role

We are looking for a Staff Frontend Engineer to join our team and shape the frontend architecture for our Real Estate vertical. You will lead technical initiatives, create shared solutions, and mentor other engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• →Lead the evolution of our Real Estate frontend architecture, defining SLAs/SLOs and anticipating system impacts
• →Design and create shared frontend libraries, components, and tooling for internal teams
• →Orchestrate multi-system refactors and migrations, coordinating with engineers and stakeholders
• →Act as a go-to person for frontend topics across teams and locations
• →Mentor and coach other engineers through structured mentorship and feedback
• →Model a healthy feedback culture and improve team processes
• →Innovate, design, implement, and deploy frontend solutions for Real Estate products
• →Own the technical vision for key user journeys with a focus on performance and reliability
• →Lead cross-team frontend initiatives and identify technical bottlenecks
• →Collaborate with Product, Design, and engineering teams to shape technical strategy
• →Evaluate and introduce new frontend technologies and approaches
• →Guide and review the work of other engineers through design and code reviews
• →Help the team leverage AI and large language models in engineering workflows
• →Contribute to cross-team knowledge-sharing formats
• →Promote a culture of high-quality engineering
