About the Role
The Director of Project Management will provide strategic leadership and hands-on project management expertise to ensure the successful, on-time launch of our uncontrolled gout asset. This pivotal role involves leading a cross-functional launch team and driving operational excellence in alignment with corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the end-to-end launch planning and execution process, setting clear milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
- →Provide leadership and coordination to a diverse, cross-functional team including Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory Affairs.
- →Construct and maintain comprehensive, cross-functional integrated project plans and timelines using project management software.
- →Proactively identify, evaluate, and monitor project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies.
- →Ensure effective communication of project status, challenges, and achievements to all stakeholders.
- →Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency and launch processes.
