About the Role
Socure is seeking an Account Executive Director to drive strategic growth for their Workforce product. This role involves leading high-impact sales efforts for AI-powered identity and fraud solutions, with a focus on shaping market adoption in a category-defining company.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead growth across greenfield opportunities and existing accounts, developing expansion strategies
- →Manage the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting to close, landing high-value SaaS deals
- →Build and maintain a robust pipeline through strategic prospecting and executive-level engagement
- →Act as a consultative advisor, aligning complex technical solutions with customer needs
- →Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams
- →Deliver accurate pipeline forecasts and support strategic planning
- →Represent Socure at industry events and deepen client relationships
- →Provide market feedback to inform product development and go-to-market strategies
- →Demonstrate leadership competencies including strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration
Requirements
- ✓7–9+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a record of closing large, complex deals
- ✓Proven experience selling identity verification, fraud prevention, or related risk management solutions
- ✓Demonstrated success in workforce management, HRIS clients, or similar verticals
- ✓Strong consultative selling skills with a focus on customer outcomes
- ✓Background selling highly technical fraud, risk, identity, big data, analytics, or security solutions
- ✓Experience in startup or high-growth environments
- ✓Ability to drive value-based conversations with C-level stakeholders
- ✓Comfortable selling to C-level executives and navigating multi-stakeholder processes
- ✓Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or related discipline preferred
- ✓Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
