About the Role
As a Product Owner (PO), you are the primary responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering a digital product or solution. You act as the link between the business needs of internal/external users, the strategic expectations of the client, and the technical development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Product Management
- →Define the product vision and short and medium-term objectives.
- →Manage, structure, and prioritize the product backlog (user stories, acceptance criteria, etc.).
- →Participate in defining the product roadmap in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- →Animation & Collaboration
Gather requirements, clarify business expectations, and ensure the interface between users and technical teams.
- ✓Organize and facilitate co-creation workshops, backlog reviews, and feedback sessions.
- ✓Work in close coordination with Scrum Masters, Product Managers, architects, and developers.
- ✓Agile/SAFe Cycle
- ✓Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (PI Planning, sprint planning, sprint review).
- ✓Accept or reject deliverables based on defined criteria (Definition of Done).
- ✓Ensure the application of good Agile and SAFe practices according to the project context.
- ✓Design & Testing
- ✓Define clear and testable functional specifications.
- ✓Contribute to acceptance tests and validate features before deployment.
- ✓Ensure functional quality and alignment of the product with business needs.
