About the Role
We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join SpaceX, where you will play a key role in scheduling interviews and ensuring candidates have a positive experience. This position requires supporting the recruiting team with various administrative tasks and participating in recruiting events.
Key Responsibilities

- →Coordinate candidate travel
- →Manage onsite interview logistics
- →Learn about our business to speak intelligently about our programs with candidates
- →Ensure all candidates have a positive experience while interviewing with SpaceX
- →Assist the recruiting team with special projects as needed
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree
- ✓Previous experience in a professional setting within recruiting, human resources, marketing, sales, or technology
- ✓Willing to work overtime as needed
- ✓Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident, Refugee, or Asylee, or be eligible to obtain required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State
