About the Role
Sphere Studios Mograph department is seeking a skilled Production Coordinator to support complex projects from concept to final delivery. This role is crucial for maintaining schedules and coordinating tasks for the Mograph team.
Key Responsibilities
- →Track ShotGrid/Flow statuses and tasks
- →Maintain updated schedules and studio documents
- →Take detailed notes for reviews
- →Coordinate calendars of Mograph and Creative teams
- →Ensure crew clarity on project scope
- →Coordinate projects through final QC and delivery
- →Track and resolve QC issues
Requirements
- ✓3-5 years’ experience at a VFX house or Studio
- ✓Highly organized with excellent scheduling skills
- ✓Working experience with Shotgrid/Flow
- ✓Technical post production knowledge is a bonus
- ✓Proficiency with MS Office 360, Calendar, Excel, PowerPoint
- ✓Attention to detail and follow through
- ✓Self-starter, motivated to learn
- ✓Ability to work autonomously
- ✓Developing ability to interact with Clients/Creative Partners
- ✓Sense of urgency balanced with prioritization
- ✓Behavior consistent with MSG values
