About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Character Animator to join the Exo Sphere Mograph Production team at Sphere Entertainment Co. This artist will play a key role in developing a pipeline for bespoke character animation to create and deliver final content for the Exo Sphere.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop complex, high-quality animations (character, cinematic, motion design) using keyframe or motion capture
- →Rig characters, creating skeletal structures and controls for movement
- →Interpret scripts/storyboards to ensure movement, timing, and expression match the creative vision
- →Work closely with modeling, texturing, lighting, and VFX departments for cohesive integration
- →Lead project management, shot assignments, deadlines, and quality control
- →Document tools, techniques, and best practices to improve efficiency
- →Mentor junior animators and provide constructive feedback
Requirements
- ✓Mastery of industry-standard software such as Maya, Cinema 4D
