About the Role
We are looking for a quantitative researcher to join Spotify's Monetization Consumer Insights team. This role focuses on pricing and packaging research to support the development and optimization of Spotify's subscription offerings globally.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive end-to-end consumer research projects from problem framing to analysis and presentation of results
- →Apply consumer research across key monetization areas including pricing, packaging, and new value propositions
- →Partner with business and research teams to amplify the voice of the consumer in strategic decisions
- →Design high-quality questionnaires, analyze data, and communicate insights that drive action
- →Collaborate to strengthen research approaches, storytelling, and methodological quality
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience with consumer research, primarily quantitative
- ✓Strong quantitative research skills with experience owning the full research process
- ✓Analytical strength with experience in statistical tools (Excel, SPSS, R, SQL, Python)
- ✓Solid project management skills to lead research projects independently
- ✓Proactive and self-driven with a problem-solving mindset
- ✓Excellent communicator able to translate complex analyses into actionable insights
