About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Manager to join Springboard, an education and workforce development company focused on bridging critical skills gaps. This role will own the systems, automations, and operating workflows that keep our teams running smoothly as we scale across multiple programs and business units.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own intake requests: Run an intake and prioritization process for operational requests and issues
- →Maintain operational health: Monitor and troubleshoot existing workflows and automations
- →Design and improve workflows: Diagnose inefficient or fragile processes across teams and programs
- →Build scalable systems: Create or extend operational infrastructure for new initiatives
- →Be the tooling and integration expert: Become the in-house expert on HubSpot and Zapier
- →Document and enable: Create clear documentation for workflows, automations, and processes
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience working with operational tools
- ✓Expertise in HubSpot and Zapier is a must
- ✓Project management and prioritization skills
- ✓Process design and systems thinking
- ✓Stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration
- ✓First-principles problem solving
