About the Role
We are looking for an AI/ML Platform Product Manager to join Spring Health, a company revolutionizing mental healthcare through technology. This role involves defining and executing the vision for a scalable AI/ML foundation that powers intelligent features across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- →Shape and drive the AI/ML platform strategy and roadmap
- →Lead continuous discovery with feature teams to understand emerging AI use cases
- →Align platform investments to business impact
- →Define platform solutions in partnership with Engineering leadership
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of Product Management experience with technical platforms
- ✓Demonstrated experience partnering with Engineering to ship scalable systems
- ✓Strong understanding of AI/ML systems and workflows
- ✓Track record of driving roadmap clarity in ambiguous spaces
- ✓Experience running continuous discovery with internal users
- ✓Ability to define clear success metrics and rollout strategies
- ✓Excellent cross-functional communication skills
- ✓Prior machine learning engineering experience preferred
