About the Role
We are seeking a SmartConnect Account Manager to deliver exceptional experiences and build long-term relationships with clients. This role involves strategizing with clients to maximize engagement and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing concerns and delivering exceptional service.
- →Onboard new clients and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- →Execute client training, resource development, and appreciation initiatives.
- →Develop and implement strategic plans and engagement campaigns to maximize account activity.
- →Identify and secure new business opportunities for year-over-year growth.
- →Maintain records and data integrity within the internal CRM.
- →Track and report on KPIs to measure success and prepare executive reports.
- →Collaborate with Marketing to create client-facing content.
- →Implement process improvements to enhance account management operations.
