About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst IT to join our team. This role focuses on bridging the gap between clients and development teams, transforming complex business challenges into concrete solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Understand business challenges of clients and sometimes help them articulate their needs
- →Work closely with the Product Owner on the client side
- →Transform features into clear User Stories for development teams
- →Present features to be developed at the beginning of each sprint
- →Be present during development to answer developer questions
- →Support clients through testing, demonstrations, and delivery phases
- →Actively participate in project life and continuous improvement
Requirements
- ✓Experience in IT business analysis
- ✓Strong understanding of system integration architectures, APIs, and data flows
- ✓Mastery of SQL
- ✓Experience with Java, Spring, Angular, Android, and iOS environments
- ✓Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Klaxoon, and other collaborative tools
- ✓Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams
