About the Role
We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our team of data scientists and data engineers organized in a Scrum Agile mode. You will work to implement forecasting tools for various needs such as store demand forecasting for warehouse supply and warehouse workload forecasting.
Key Responsibilities
- →Structure, plan, and coordinate the team's work, collaborating actively with data scientists, lead data scientist, data analysts, product owner, business teams, and other technical teams
- →Align the construction of analytical and technical solutions with business challenges and objectives
- →Advise, guide, and ensure the skill development of the various engineers in the team
- →Be responsible for the data science and software development methodologies of the team, facilitating the qualification of sub-projects, iterative developments, industrialization of solutions, their maintainability, and the measurement and monitoring of their performance
- →Arbitrate technical debates when necessary
- →Stay attentive to new developments to challenge and propose solutions if needed
- →Contribute to topics as a data scientist
Requirements
