About the Role
Join SQLI, an IT services company in transformation, as an HR Business Partner. You will play a key role in our HR evolution and talent development.
Key Responsibilities
- βDeploy and embody the HR strategy
- βAdapt the group's HR strategy to local needs, considering business challenges, team growth, performance objectives, and organizational changes
- βSupport and advise managers daily
- βBe their main HR contact for management posture, team animation, individual and collective situations, change management, and HR decision-making
- βLead skills and career development
- βAnalyze current and future skills needs, support internal mobility, contribute to skills development plans, talent reviews, and retention of key profiles
- βEnsure social framework and legal compliance
- βMonitor labor law and Syntec convention application, secure HR practices, and assist managers with disciplinary, contractual, absence, performance, and individual relations matters
- βContribute to HR and organizational transformation projects
- βParticipate in cross-functional HR projects (organizational evolution, practice harmonization, HR tools, employee experience, QVT) and support growth, transformation, or reorganization phases.
Requirements
- βStrong HR experience in an IT services company
- βExpertise in HR strategy deployment and adaptation
- βExperience in manager support and development
- βKnowledge of skills management and career development
- βUnderstanding of social law and compliance
- βAbility to contribute to organizational transformation projects
