About the Role
We are looking for an Automation Platform Operations Lead to ensure high availability and smooth functioning of RPA platforms. This role involves managing automation operations, infrastructure needs, and coordinating with various teams to maintain service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead Automation Platform Operations including RPA platform support
- →Handle operations of automations running on the platform
- →Manage infrastructure needs of the Automation platform
- →Monitor Orchestrator BOTs for failures, troubleshoot, and fix them
- →Work with Nearshore and offshore Operations platform support team
- →Collaborate with UiPath Support team to resolve product issues
- →Ensure effective communication with infrastructure and cloud hosting services teams
- →Engage with various Business Units who are RPA and Automation Platform users
- →Provide on-call support during weekends and month ends
- →Actively engage with stakeholders from multiple business functions
Requirements
- ✓Graduate/Postgraduate in Science, Engineering, Computer Science
- ✓10 years of relevant IT experience with at least 3 to 4 years in managing RPA operations
- ✓Experience in managing UiPath platform
- ✓Experience in ITIL process, Service Now ticketing tool
- ✓Experience in Azure Cloud, ITSM, and Agile practices
- ✓Must have experience with UiPath Orchestrator, Computer Vision, UiPath Insights, UiPath Automation Cloud Test Manager
- ✓Must have experience in Configuring Robots and Users, complete Orchestrator Management
- ✓Must have experience with CyberArk APIs, Code deployments, exp on UiPath Code reviews
- ✓Must have experience with VB Scripting and Dot net
