About the Role

We are looking for a visionary Lead Learning Experience Designer to join WRITER, a company valued at $1.9B that helps enterprises orchestrate AI-powered work. This role involves crafting engaging learning pathways and designing dynamic, visually compelling experiences to empower customers and partners in enterprise generative AI.

Key Responsibilities

→Craft engaging learning pathways for enterprise generative AI
→Design dynamic, visually compelling experiences including motion graphics and interactive video
→Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance educational offerings
→Identify and address gaps in learning materials
→Understand customer challenges and champion new educational opportunities
→Apply research-informed learning design principles and UX best practices
→Build a robust feedback and assessment system for learning programs

Requirements

✓Expertise in research-informed learning design with a proven track record
✓8+ years experience developing on-demand, VILT and ILT learning experiences
✓Generative AI passion and proficiency
✓Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders and program managers
✓Advanced experience with design, graphics, video and authoring tools
✓Iterative mindset comfortable with experimentation and a fast-paced environment
✓Agility in designing for a fast-moving AI product
✓Builder mindset with rapid prototyping skills
