About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team at Stay22. This role focuses on generating qualified meetings and creating a pipeline for our SMB to mid-market sales team, with a focus on online publishers and adjacent verticals like ticketing, creators, and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- βBuild and maintain high-quality target accounts and contact lists using Similarweb and other sources
- βDesign, launch, and optimize multi-step sequences across email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate qualified meetings
- βConfirm fit and hand off qualified opportunities to the right Account Executive with clear notes
- βPrepare event prospect lists, book meetings ahead of time, and run fast follow-ups during and after events
- βA/B test messaging and sequencing, track outcomes, and share learnings to improve reply and meeting rates
Requirements
- βDemonstrated track record of consistently creating qualified meetings or pipeline via outbound efforts
- βHands-on experience building and running outbound sequences (email and multi-channel)
- βStrong copy and messaging instincts, with an ability to craft compelling angles and personalization
- β1-2 years of experience in an SDR/BDR or outbound-focused role
- βStrong research skills and comfort using tools like Similarweb, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM systems
- βOrganized, consistent, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
- βEnglish proficiency required for daily communication with international clients and colleagues.
