Salary Range
$80,000 - $90,000 /year
Key Responsibilities
- →Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- →Assist in developing, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures
- →Coordinate and execute all aspects of the onboarding and offboarding processes
- →Provide administrative support for employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life, and retirement plans
- →Maintain HRIS data integrity and generate routine and ad hoc HR reports
- →Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, programs, and procedures
- →Assist with employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and company events
- →Support performance review processes and training and development initiatives
Requirements
- ✓U.S. Citizenship
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- ✓1–3 years of experience in human resources (internships or HR coordinator roles accepted)
- ✓Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- ✓Strong verbal and written communication abilities with professional demeanor
- ✓Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- ✓Familiarity with HRIS systems and federal contractor compliance requirements preferred
- ✓SHRM-CP or PHR certification or actively pursuing certification preferred
- ✓Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
