About the Role
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join Stellic, a fast-growing startup transforming the student experience. This role focuses on building and scaling a predictable pipeline engine through demand generation strategy and integrated growth campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- →Run tests across messaging, channels, landing pages, and offers to improve performance
- →Develop targeted account-based marketing campaigns for high-priority accounts
- →Drive marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline through paid channels and content
- →Work closely with Sales to align on campaign strategy and follow-up processes
- →Execute multi-channel campaigns across paid media, content, webinars, events, email, and partnerships
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or pipeline-focused roles
- ✓Bachelor’s degree
- ✓Experience planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- ✓Strong understanding of pipeline metrics, conversion funnels, and marketing performance data
- ✓Ability to partner closely with Sales and align marketing efforts to revenue goals
- ✓Testing mindset with experience running experiments and optimizing campaigns
- ✓Strong communication and project management skills in a fast-moving environment
- ✓Comfort with occasional domestic and international travel
