About the Role
We are looking for a Paid Digital Marketing Manager to join Stripe's Growth Marketing team. This role focuses on driving paid digital marketing efforts to support inbound funnel and drive demand across various user segments.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive ideation, strategy, and execution of scaled paid campaigns to generate and accelerate sales pipeline and overall company revenue
- →Drive growth across key metrics and measure success, optimize against targets, and report on performance
- →Support Stripe in building and optimizing our paid program using knowledge of our users and data
- →Report on campaign performance to ensure relevant stakeholders have visibility into program performance
- →Partner with stakeholders on audience management to reach the right users
- →Analyze the effectiveness of paid campaigns and shift spend to deliver more value
- →Identify areas of weakness in the paid program and create plans to remedy
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of work experience
- ✓5+ years of paid digital experience, preferably in paid social/display and direct response
- ✓2+ years of B2B marketing experience
- ✓Deep knowledge of digital marketing landscape and growth marketing concepts
- ✓Experience articulating requirements to analytics, campaigns, sales strategy and ops
- ✓Self starter with ability to drive both strategic and tactical workstreams
- ✓Advanced analytical skills to analyze trends and decipher actionable insights
- ✓Experience driving experimentation roadmaps to optimize campaigns
- ✓User-first sensibility
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally across teams
