About the Role
We are looking for a Blockchain Engineer to join Bridge, a company creating a new payments platform built with stablecoins to simplify global money movement. This is a foundational role where you'll work on projects with global scale and help customers access new products.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build multi-chain hot wallet infrastructure to support increased reliability of payments
- →Develop smart contracts to increase hot wallet payment throughput
- →Create smart contract platforms to issue custom stablecoins across multiple blockchains
- →Design smart contract monitoring systems to detect anomalous events
- →Develop blockchain-based applications and protocols to support stablecoin transactions
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- →Implement and maintain secure smart contracts
- →Test and debug blockchain applications
- →Optimize blockchain performance and scalability
- →Stay current with blockchain technology developments
- →Provide technical guidance to team members
- →Contribute to blockchain system architecture
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- ✓5+ years of experience in blockchain development
- ✓Strong proficiency in blockchain platforms like Ethereum, Solana, or others
- ✓Experience with smart contract development using Solidity or similar languages
- ✓Deep understanding of cryptographic principles and blockchain protocols
- ✓Experience with DeFi and stablecoins is highly desirable
- ✓Knowledge of blockchain security best practices
- ✓Strong ownership mindset and ability to influence product design
- ✓Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Growth mindset with curiosity to explore new technologies
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
