About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Curriculum Developer to create comprehensive learning content for Stripe's innovative products and platforms. This role requires transforming complex technical concepts into engaging educational materials for diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and design curriculum and instructional materials for Stripe's products
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and insights
- →Create instructional materials including eLearning modules, tutorials, documentation, videos, and interactive demonstrations
- →Utilize data analytics to assess training material effectiveness
- →Facilitate training sessions and workshops
- →Stay current with emerging trends in technology and education
- →Maintain and update existing training materials
- →Develop assessments and evaluations to measure learner comprehension
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Computer Science, or related field
- ✓3+ years of experience in curriculum development or technical training
- ✓Strong understanding of Stripe’s products, APIs, and platforms
- ✓Proficiency in eLearning development tools and multimedia content creation software
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Highly organized with strong project management skills
- ✓Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
- ✓Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively
