About the Role
We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to contribute to company growth through the development and improvement of HR programs. This role supports multiple facilities and covers areas including associate relations, talent management, policy and procedure, communication, and development.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with assigned business units to provide advice and counsel to managers on associate relations, performance management, and workforce planning
- →Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends for talent management and other HR areas
- →Monitor legal requirements and government reporting regulations changes under EEO, Wage/Hour, ERISA, COBRA, ADA, FMLA, and other statutes
- →Maintain current knowledge of new laws and regulations in human resources management
- →Lead talent management initiatives across the organization and collaborate with HR leaders to support company growth goals
- →Lead talent acquisition efforts, develop talent pipelines, review resumes, and coordinate interview processes
- →Conduct talent assessment including performance reviews, succession management, and skill gap reviews
- →Collaborate on onboarding, retention, and training programs for associates and management
Requirements
- ✓4-year degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
- ✓4 to 6 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist capacity
- ✓Proficient experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- ✓SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certifications preferred
- ✓Strong communication, customer focus, initiative, interpersonal relations, negotiation, and planning skills
