About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join HeyPolo, a privacy-first smart location-sharing app. This role focuses on building and scaling paid search and social campaigns across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- →Take full ownership of paid search and social strategy across both web and mobile platforms
- →Build and scale campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and new emerging channels
- →Launch and optimize diverse formats, including app installs, web conversions, and full-funnel flows
- →Design structured A/B tests to identify the best-performing messaging, creatives, and audiences
- →Manage budgets and forecasting to hit target CAC and ROAS goals consistently
- →Partner with design and product teams to build high-performing, end-to-end user funnels
- →Turn data insights into recommendations that influence the product roadmap and growth strategy
- →Establish best practices for creative testing, audience segmentation, and reporting
Requirements
- ✓Proven success in performance marketing, with a track record of scaling paid search and social campaigns while improving ROAS and CAC
- ✓Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok across both web and mobile
- ✓Expertise in A/B testing across ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages
- ✓Strong analytical skills to interpret data patterns and make fast, data-driven decisions
- ✓A "startup mindset" with the ability to build from scratch and handle rapid changes
- ✓A self-starter with excellent communication skills, capable of prioritizing high-impact work while collaborating smoothly with design, product, and engineering
