About the Role
We are looking for a Scrum Master to guide teams and organizations on Agile/Scrum practices and values.
Key Responsibilities
- →Guide the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers
- →Guide the team on how to get the most out of self-organization
- →Guide the team on self-organizing to fill in intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks
- →Assess the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coach the team to higher levels of maturity
- →Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel
- →Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear
- →Facilitate getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work
- →Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
- →Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency
- →Support and educate the Product Owner on grooming and maintaining the product backlog
- →Provide all support to the team using a servant leadership style
Requirements
- ✓Experience guiding teams on Agile/Scrum practices
- ✓Ability to assess and improve Scrum Maturity
- ✓Strong facilitation and communication skills
- ✓Understanding of servant leadership principles
- ✓Experience with impediment removal
- ✓Knowledge of Agile frameworks and values
