We are looking for a high-impact Senior Marketing Designer to bring to life our brand through various marketing channels. In a 0β1 environment, design is our most powerful tool for building immediate trust and emotional resonance with our users. You will be responsible for creating a cohesive, premium brand experience across every touchpointβfrom high-converting landing pages to viral social assets, emails, out of home billboards,Β and performance-driven ad creative.
As a member of the Consumer Team, you will partner closely across marketing - Lifecycle,Β Performance Marketing, Brand and Social Media to turn complex psychological concepts into simple, stunning, and effective visual narratives. You aren't just making things look "pretty"; you are designing for business and user value impact.
The consumer team is a newly formed team that is building the future of D2C mental health from scratch. The team is a lean, fast-moving team tasked with taking our newest product from stealth to launch within the next few months. Weβre currently in the 'pre-launch' phase, looking for builders who thrive in ambiguity and want the autonomy to help drive growth for the product from day zero.
What youβll be doing:
β’ Conversion-First Web Design: Design high-performance landing pages and web experiences that guide users seamlessly from "curious" to "converted.β
β’ Social Storytelling: Partner with the Social Media Manager to create native-feeling assets for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube that stop the scroll and build community trust.
β’ Lifecycle Marketing Collateral: Build beautiful, cohesive assets for lifecycle marketing (email) and other user touchpoints.
β’ Performance Creative: Concept and execute high-volume ad creative (static and motion) for Meta, TikTok, and Google. Youβll use data from A/B tests to iterate on designs and improve CTR.
β’ Rapid Prototyping: Work at the speed of growth. Youβll move from a rough sketch in a brainstorm to a high-fidelity Figma prototype in hours, not weeks.
What you need to have:
β’ 5+ Years of Experience: A background in visual or communication design for B2C consumer brands, ideally within the wellness, healthcare, or tech space.
β’ Mastery of Tools: Expert-level proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Experience with Motion Design (After Effects/Lottie) is a massive plus.
β’ Conversion Obsession: You understand that a beautiful design is only successful if it drives action. You are comfortable looking at performance data and iterating based on results.
β’ 0β1 Foundational Mindset: You excel in "blank-slate" environments, possessing the rare ability to switch between high-level brand work to high-volume execution focus. You can move quickly and seamlessly switch between tasks.
β’ Emotional Intelligence: The ability to design for a sensitive category. You know how to balance "bright and hopeful" with "calm and credible."
β’ AI-Forward Workflow: You use AI tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, etc.) to accelerate your ideation, mood boarding, and asset generation.
