Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as subject matter expert for clinical functionality of Electronic Health Record system
- →Configure and maintain clinical content including note templates, order sets, and decision-support tools
- →Identify and resolve workflow inefficiencies impacting clinical productivity
- →Design specialized documentation templates for complex neurodegenerative conditions
- →Develop and deliver targeted training programs for clinical staff on EHR use and documentation
- →Educate clinicians on documentation requirements for compliant coding and billing
- →Provide support for clinical system issues as escalation point
- →Partner with Data and Analytics teams to define clinical data requirements
- →Collaborate to design and validate performance dashboards tracking clinical KPIs
- →Support compliance audits for HIPAA, coding standards, and regulatory requirements
- →Act as clinical liaison to Product and Technology teams translating workflow needs
- →Lead user acceptance testing for clinical system updates and implementations
- →Contribute to product roadmap discussions representing clinician perspective
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree required; clinical license or certification strongly preferred
- ✓4+ years experience in clinical informatics, health IT, or clinical practice with EMR configuration
- ✓Demonstrated expertise configuring and managing EHR systems
- ✓Strong understanding of clinical coding and its relationship to documentation workflows
- ✓Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- ✓Proven success developing and leading training programs for clinicians
- ✓Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- ✓Empathetic understanding of patient care delivery in telehealth environment
