About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to consult on application analysis, troubleshoot system problems, and recommend solutions. This role requires expertise in licensing systems, particularly within Texas state agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Consult on the analysis of applications and troubleshoot system problems
- →Provide quality assurance consultation to projects and initiatives
- →Develop and review test cases and manage project scope
- →Maintain business relationships with vendors and review invoices
- →Follow all TDA policies and procedures
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of experience with Agile methodologies and user story creation
- ✓8+ years of experience using Azure Dev Ops, Jira, or similar tools
- ✓Deep understanding of the license life cycle and new license application processes
- ✓Strong ability to interact with end users to gather requirements and validate solutions
- ✓Experience with manual testing to ensure functionality and compliance
- ✓Experience working with TDA systems (preferred)
