About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Marketing Specialist to join our team at Syngenta Vegetable Seeds. This role focuses on driving business performance through customer marketing and demand generation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive business performance by supporting the sales team with customer marketing and demand generation activities
- →Implement the annual marketing plan in close connection with the sales team and within the agreed Marketing budget
- →Design and deliver campaigns, including NPIs, in close cooperation with the sales teams and Product Specialists
- →Organize customer events such as demo days, demonstration fields, local exhibitions, and digital/virtual events
- →Develop and deliver marketing support and communication materials in compliance with company branding guidelines
- →Provide data-driven customer insights and feedback with the support of AI
- →Provide supporting analytics to improve customer targeting for more effective campaign planning
- →Manage the Syngenta Vegetable Seeds Country website and develop/maintain interaction with growers through social media, SEO, and messaging platforms
- →Coordinate with the sales team to actively and appropriately use the CRM tool in support of A&P and Customer Marketing campaigns
- →Support and provide guidance on campaign/resource prioritization by crop/CU based on historical outputs, learnings, and ROI
- →Manage assigned A&P budget and promotional inventory within a CU/Crop throughout the year
- →Work with Territory Product Specialists to communicate customer-facing product communication in-line with Product/Product Line strategy
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in customer marketing and demand generation
- ✓Strong understanding of CRM tools and digital marketing platforms
- ✓Excellent campaign planning and execution skills
- ✓Experience with SEO and social media marketing
- ✓Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide data-driven insights
- ✓Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- ✓Knowledge of marketing budget management and ROI analysis
- ✓Experience with A&P execution and promotional inventory management
- ✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
