About the Role
We are looking for a Finance Business Partner/Analyst to support our Central Europe operations. This role involves translating financial data into strategic insights that drive decision-making and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- →Analyze monthly function costs and provide relevant commentaries and insights to finance and business stakeholders
- →Ensure accruals and relevant recharges to businesses for function cost are properly reflected in reported monthly results
- →Participate in month-end closing processes
- →Provide timely and insightful financial analysis to support business decisions
- →Leverage technology (SAC) to develop reports and meet the needs of business owners
- →Ensure proper master data maintenance (cost centre structure, delegation of authorities, headcount reporting)
- →Provide reliable and timely budgets and latest outlooks for Functional Costs
- →Prepare and collect insightful commentaries for robust reporting and analysis of variances
- →Focus on reliable full year outlooks and risk/opportunity assessments
- →Contribute to development and use of business intelligence tools, data visualization and predictive analysis techniques
Requirements
- ✓Ability to translate financial data into strategic insights
- ✓Experience with month-end closing processes
- ✓Strong financial analysis skills
- ✓Proficiency with SAC technology
- ✓Knowledge of master data management
- ✓Experience with budgeting and rolling forecast processes
- ✓Ability to prepare insightful commentaries for reporting and analysis
- ✓Skills in business intelligence tools, data visualization, and predictive analysis
