About the Role

We are looking for a Program Manager (PM) in the Mission Applications Group to support other PMs managing a portfolio of research and development programs focused on delivering operational prototypes to customers. This role involves managing all program phases, from marketing to proposal development, contract initiation to execution, and program close-out to transition.

Key Responsibilities

→Work with government customers and multi-contractor technical teams to identify mission requirements and prioritize technical development
→Track the program schedule and milestones, coordinating with business operations teams, communicating with customers, and tracking program performance and risk
→Support timely, successful deliveries of products to the customer and collaborate across multi-disciplined teams to support technical leads and stakeholders
→Work with product managers, principal investigators, technical staff, mission engineers, subcontractors, and support personnel to identify and address risks and issues
→Gather, evaluate, and synthesize data from multiple sources to understand and communicate status and identify trends
→Interact with external program customers and internal company leadership
→Manage scientists, engineers, and technicians across broad areas of expertise
→Achieve cost, schedule, and customer objectives on advanced technology programs
→Work in a fast-paced environment to enable successful contract execution
→Build strong customer relationships and establish open lines of communication

Requirements

✓Program Management experience, military experience, or similar background with the Department of Defense or Intelligence Community
✓Experience in managing technical projects, developing tasks/sub-tasks, identifying and tracking program risk
✓Motivated collaborator comfortable communicating to both technical and non-technical audiences
✓History of interacting with decision-makers and customers to translate mission needs into end-to-end analytical solutions
✓Active Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, for which U.S. citizenship is needed by the U.S. government
