About The Opportunity
At Teads, we are redefining the future of advertising through premium media experiences, cutting-edge technology, and data-driven innovation. As we continue to expand our presence in China, we are looking for a commercially driven and relationship-oriented Senior Sales Manager to join our growing team in Shenzhen.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving digital advertising environment, understands the China agency ecosystem deeply, and has established relationships with key agency groups, trading desks, and brand decision-makers.
You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and positioning Teads as a trusted partner across branding, video, native advertising, and CTV solutions.

What will you do?
β’ Build and strengthen long-term relationships with media agencies, trading desks, and direct advertisers across China.
β’ Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities to drive sustainable revenue growth.
β’ Act as a strategic consultant to clients by understanding their business objectives and recommending tailored media solutions.
β’ Deliver compelling sales presentations and pitches that clearly communicate Teadsβ value proposition.
β’ Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams including Account Management, Creative Studio, Insights, Product, and Ad Operations to deliver best-in-class campaign execution.
β’ Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and evolving client needs within the China digital advertising ecosystem.
β’ Drive pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and achievement of individual sales targets.
β’ Represent Teads externally at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
What will you bring to the team?
β’ 5+ years of experience in digital media sales, AdTech, online advertising, or agency partnerships within the China market.
β’ Strong network and established relationships with key media agencies and decision-makers across China.
β’ Solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic, branding solutions, video, native advertising, and CTV.
β’ Proven ability to develop strategic sales plans and execute against revenue targets.
β’ Strong consultative selling and stakeholder management skills.
β’ Confident communicator and presenter with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
β’ Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage campaign data and market insights to drive business decisions.
β’ Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
β’ Collaborative team player with strong cross-functional communication skills.
β’ Experience selling native advertising and/or CTV solutions will be highly advantageous.
β’ Fluent Mandarin is required. Professional English communication skills are preferred.
