Key Responsibilities
- →Provide support to assigned Account Executives on post-sale activities including campaign implementation, maintenance, and review
- →Interact daily with existing advertising agencies and direct clients, maintaining client schedules and implementing special projects
- →Work with Account Executives, Marketing Director, Research Director, and Creative Services to support client needs
- →Attend sales meetings and trainings to stay informed about company products and services
- →Partner with Account Executives in identifying new revenue opportunities based on campaign results
- →Assist with contract maintenance, generating avails, traffic, make-goods, collections, and customer service
- →Track clients’ audience delivery using ratings, impressions, KPIs, and campaign fulfillment
- →Coordinate with team to set up new customer accounts, contracts, order entry, and revisions
Requirements
- ✓3-5 years of account management in a media sales environment
- ✓Track record of successfully retaining and growing clients
- ✓Knowledge of marketing solutions including broadcasting and digital advertising
- ✓Knowledge of Google Analytics and advertising solutions
- ✓Prior experience using CRM systems and MS Office suite
- ✓Ability to make decisions and solve problems independently
- ✓Self-motivation and willingness to work as a team player
- ✓Creative, flexible, and adaptable to changing priorities
- ✓Detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple tasks
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Strong organization and time management skills
