About the Role
TEGNA Inc. is seeking a Product Owner to lead the mobile product roadmap and ensure alignment between business goals and user needs. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital products and act as the bridge between stakeholders and development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead high-functioning lean full-stack product teams to deliver mobile-centric products
- →Develop and maintain a robust product backlog
- →Create epics and user stories that align with product strategy
- →Partner with Product Leadership to plan and execute roadmap goals
- →Own and improve all processes to drive value, quality, and team velocity
- →Document and communicate risks or impediments that hinder team progress
Requirements
- ✓Experience working alongside Ad Tech/Product teams on mobile-friendly ad formats
- ✓Practical knowledge of user guides/surveys, VOC, and A/B tests
- ✓Experience delivering iOS and/or Android applications at scale
- ✓Familiarity with app store submission and release criteria
- ✓Strong communicator with active listening skills
- ✓Supports and facilitates healthy team dynamics
- ✓Strong planning and organizational skills
- ✓Proactive and able to effectively negotiate
- ✓Attention to detail, multitasking, and working well under pressure
- ✓Deep knowledge of Atlassian products, Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, and MS 365 Suite
- ✓Familiarity with Amplitude, Launch Darkly, and New Relic
