About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience to join The Teleport, a company that delivers on-demand, least privileged access to infrastructure based on cryptographic identity and zero trust. This is a remote opportunity where you would be working primarily from home but open to travel to the Bay Area a few times a year.
Key Responsibilities
- βDesign and implement the overall recruiting strategy
- βMaintain a recruiting dashboard with KPIs and report to the executive team
- βManage our recruiting pipeline and the applicant tracking system
- βComfortably present and promote our technology and company culture
- βWrite and post technical and other job descriptions
- βPerform pre-screening calls to analyze applicantsβ abilities
- βAssist in onboarding new hires
- βPromote the companyβs reputation as a great place to work
- βKeep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
Requirements
- β5-7 years of work experience hiring for technical roles
- βHands-on experience with various interview formats
- βProven expertise hiring Golang Engineers
- βFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
- βSolid knowledge of sourcing techniques
- βExcellent verbal and written communication skills
- βSolid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
