What You’ll Do - Support the design and product teams in planning and executing user research initiatives - Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing sessions - Assist in synthesizing qualitative and quantitative research findings - Create research reports, journey maps, personas, and user insights documentation - Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering teams - Help translate research insights into actionable recommendations - Participate in design critiques and product discussions - Contribute to improving research processes, documentation, and best practices Who You Are Required Qualifications - Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Cognitive Science, UX Design, Information Science, or related field - Strong interest in user research, usability, and user center design - Familiarity with qualitative and/or quantitative research methods - Experience with tools such as Figma, Miro, Notion, Google Forms, or similar - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to synthesize insights and present findings clearly - Portfolio or examples of research projects (academic or professional) preferred What We Offer - Paid internship experience - Founder and leadership speaker sessions - Dedicated mentorship and cross-functional networking - Industry and market education sessions - Career development workshops (resume review, mock interviews, interview prep) - Team-building events and intern socials - Lunch & Learns with company leaders - In-office perks including snacks and beverages Equal Employment Opportunity TensorWave is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
