About the Role
We are looking for a User Research Intern to join TensorWave's team. This role involves supporting design and product teams in planning and executing user research initiatives, conducting user interviews and usability testing, and synthesizing research findings.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support the design and product teams in planning and executing user research initiatives
- →Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing sessions
- →Assist in synthesizing qualitative and quantitative research findings
- →Create research reports, journey maps, personas, and user insights documentation
- →Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering teams
- →Help translate research insights into actionable recommendations
- →Participate in design critiques and product discussions
- →Contribute to improving research processes, documentation, and best practices
Requirements
- ✓Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Cognitive Science, UX Design, Information Science, or related field
- ✓Strong interest in user research, usability, and user center design
- ✓Familiarity with qualitative and/or quantitative research methods
- ✓Experience with tools such as Figma, Miro, Notion, Google Forms, or similar
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Ability to synthesize insights and present findings clearly
- ✓Portfolio or examples of research projects (academic or professional) preferred
