Key Responsibilities
- →Drive key campus business goals including renewals, parent satisfaction, and execution quality
- →Coordinate daily campus operations and cross-functional tasks
- →Support student enrollment, renewals, and parent communications
- →Identify operational problems and implement solutions
- →Teach 2–3 math classes per week for PreK–Elementary students
- →Maintain teaching quality to stay connected with classroom realities
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree or above (Education, STEM, Business, or related fields preferred)
- ✓Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- ✓Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
- ✓Clear communication skills with parents, teachers, and internal teams
- ✓Willingness to work during weekends
- ✓Teaching experience is a plus, but not required
- ✓Passion for education with execution capability
