About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join one of toogeza’s clients. This role focuses on identifying and onboarding Turkish payment methods and building strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- →Identify and onboard Turkish payment methods including local bank acquiring, cross-border acquiring, alternative payment methods, wallet-based solutions, and fast transfers
- →Negotiate commercial terms such as MDR, rolling reserves, and settlement cycles
- →Structure fee models for pay-in and payout flows
- →Assess AML, compliance, and operational risks
- →Work closely with Product and Tech teams during integrations
- →Build and maintain strategic partnerships in Turkey
- →Monitor regulatory and market changes
- →Optimize cost of processing and approval rates
Requirements
- ✓3+ years in PSP, payments, or fintech
- ✓Proven experience onboarding Turkish payment methods
- ✓Strong understanding of acquirer MDR, scheme fees, cross-border fees, FX costs, and 3DS flows
- ✓Experience working with iGaming merchants
- ✓Strong local network in Turkey
- ✓Deep understanding of the Turkish high-risk payments landscape
- ✓Experience with high-risk or crypto PSPs
- ✓Understanding of settlement and reconciliation processes
