About the Role

We are looking for a Manager, Marketing Operations to join Toptal’s team and coordinate marketing initiatives to achieve successful outcomes. This role combines strategic brand perception management with hands-on marketing operations, requiring strong analytical skills and the ability to handle sensitive customer feedback at scale.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop and implement customer experience communications strategies for third-party organizations and stakeholders
→Project manage initiatives across marketing functions, ensuring alignment with business needs using operations management tools
→Manage workflows, improve processes, and facilitate review cycles to deliver projects on time
→Perform regular and ad-hoc analyses using SQL, Google Sheets, or other reporting tools to provide actionable insights
→Provide thought leadership and clear communication on marketing strategy
→Develop and implement cross-functional communications plans for customer feedback
→Write and present clear updates and progress reports that translate data into narratives
→Build relationships with third-party organizations and respond to inquiries
→Partner with executives and senior leaders to achieve successful outcomes through major Marketing initiatives
→Lead and supervise other team members within Marketing Operations
→Establish objectives and initiatives for the team, recommend team structure, and oversee work
→Coach and mentor team members, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s degree is required
✓6-8 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or comparable roles
✓Experience with TrustPilot, G2, Clutch, and other review sites
✓Strong project management skills and experience with tools like Asana
✓Experience supporting creative workflows, including intake, briefs, and quality assurance
✓Working knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel and experience with SQL or Power BI preferred
✓Process-oriented with a focus on scalability, documentation, and process improvement
✓Proactive and adaptable, able to thrive in fast-paced environments
✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills with impeccable grammar
✓Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company and handle diverse challenges
✓Meticulous analytical skills to provide insightful feedback on Marketing initiatives
