About the Role

We are looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team at Trace3. This role involves working with regional outside sales representatives and distribution team members to grow existing customers, create new customers, and meet or exceed monthly sales quotas while increasing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

→Present price, credit and terms in accordance with standard procedures and customers’ profitability profiles.
→Accurately process customer transactions including orders, quotes or returns.
→Obtain information from vendors relating to shipment dates and expected date of delivery.
→Monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed.
→Contact customers following sales delivery to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaints.
→Remain current on consumer preferences, changes in local codes and product developments.
→Setup and maintain customer files.
→Register sales opportunities with partners.
→Escalate and resolve internal or external issues.
→Effectively communicate to the team and customer.

Requirements

✓High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain, finance or technical degree preferred.
✓Strong interpersonal communication skills for interacting with employees, vendors, clients.
✓Team player who is self-motivated, shows initiative, and has advanced problem-solving skills.
✓Highly organized, detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills and able to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
✓Comfortable meeting deadlines in an entrepreneurial environment.
✓Strong ability to operate independently.
✓Excellent NetSuite and Microsoft Office skills (PowerBI, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
