About the Role
The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) at Trace3 will work with the sales and distribution team to grow existing customers, create new customers, and meet or exceed monthly sales quotas while increasing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- →Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information
- →Determine customer requirements and recommend specific products and solutions
- →Present price, credit, and terms according to standard procedures
- →Process customer transactions including orders, quotes, or returns
- →Obtain information from vendors regarding shipment dates and delivery
- →Increase sales through cross-selling, up-selling, and promotional items
- →Educate customers about product features and benefits
- →Monitor shipment dates to ensure timely delivery
- →Contact customers after sales delivery to ensure satisfaction
- →Stay current on consumer preferences and product developments
- →Set up and maintain customer files
- →Register sales opportunities with partners
- →Identify trends in customer satisfaction
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in finance or technical field preferred
- ✓Minimum of three years of sales support or operations experience
- ✓Strong interpersonal communication skills
- ✓Team player with self-motivation and initiative
- ✓Ability to quickly learn product information and articulate value to customers
- ✓Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- ✓Comfortable meeting deadlines in an entrepreneurial environment
- ✓Strong ability to operate independently
- ✓Excellent Microsoft Office skills
