About the Role
We are looking for a Contract Recruiter to join Tradeify, a fast-growing proprietary trading firm. This hands-on role involves managing high-volume hiring while working on interesting roles across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own full-cycle recruiting for multiple open roles
- →Manage high-volume pipelines while maintaining a thoughtful candidate experience
- →Partner with hiring managers to scope roles and execute efficiently
- →Source and engage candidates via various channels
- →Conduct recruiter screens and guide candidates through the interview process
- →Maintain accurate ATS data and recruiting documentation
- →Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows
- →Act as a brand ambassador for Tradeify
Requirements
- ✓In-house recruiting experience required
- ✓Demonstrated success in high-volume hiring
- ✓Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- ✓Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
