About the Role
We are looking for a Product Designer to own the end-to-end experience of a product where habit formation and gamification are the foundation. You'll be the first dedicated designer on the product, working directly under our Head of Design and collaborating closely with Product to shape how users build lasting habits in a data-rich, AI-native environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the entire design process from discovery through delivery to impact measurement
- →Design the habit layer - streaks, rewards, progression systems, feedback loops
- →Make complex data feel simple - dashboards, reports, journals, learning flows
- →Integrate AI so it feels native within the experience
- →Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure we're building the right thing
- →Facilitate workshops, design sprints, and stakeholder alignment
Requirements
- ✓5+ years in product design (or 3+ if genuinely exceptional)
- ✓Strong end-to-end skills in both UX strategy and UI craft
- ✓Proven gamification and habit-building work
- ✓Experience with data-heavy products
- ✓Ownership mentality focused on user outcomes
- ✓EMEA Time Zone overlap
