About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Specialist to drive operational excellence by analyzing business needs and optimizing logistics processes. This role focuses on enhancing customer and seller experiences through strategic project management and collaboration with cargo partners and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- βAnalyze business team needs and identify development areas to improve operational processes
- βWork on developments with cargo companies and improve internal cargo processes
- βEnsure alignment with stakeholders and follow up on tasks to complete roadmap projects on time
- βIdentify and analyze pain points, root causes, and develop preventive actions
- βRegularly review operations KPIs, find improvement areas, and take necessary actions
- βResearch countries and potential logistics partners to understand market needs
- βCooperate with 3PL logistic partners in line with company vision and mission
Requirements
- βBachelorβs degree from reputable universities (preferably engineering or business administration)
- βMinimum 2 years of experience in business, e-commerce, FMCG, and operations development
- βMinimum 2 years of experience in business, e-commerce, FMCG, and operations project management
- βExperience managing end-to-end delivery operations projects
- βAbility to analyze existing processes and identify improvement opportunities
- βFluent in English (both written and verbal)
- βCustomer and result-oriented approach with analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- βGood team player with strong communication skills
- βAble to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- βGood command of MS Office applications (especially Excel, BigQuery is a plus)
