About the Role
We are looking for a Product VP to lead the product strategy, vision, and execution for Trust Wallet. This role involves working closely with engineering, design, marketing, business development, and security teams to deliver a seamless and secure user experience while driving product innovation in the fast-evolving Web3 space.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with company vision and user needs in the Web3 ecosystem.
- →Lead product discovery, user research, and market analysis to identify opportunities and validate features.
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch scalable and secure wallet features.
- →Drive user engagement, retention, and growth through innovative product solutions.

Requirements
- ✓Proven experience (5+ years) in product management leadership, preferably in blockchain, cryptocurrency, or fintech products.
- ✓Deep understanding of Web3 technologies, decentralized finance (DeFi), self-custody principles, and blockchain security.
- ✓Strong leadership skills with experience managing and scaling product teams.
